"Some items were okay, but I felt brushed off"
A few things were actually decent, but some of the products felt way weaker than I expected. When I brought it up, it kind of felt like my concerns were being dismissed instead of taken seriously, which was frustrating.

"My delivery ended up showing up…"
My delivery ended up showing up later than the time window they gave me, and this is where it got annoying because the tracking wasn’t really updating clearly. I wasn’t sure if it was still on the way or delayed. That said, the driver was really nice when they arrived, and my order was correct, so it wasn’t a total bad experience. I just wish the tracking was more accurate

"Fair prices and worth it in my experience"
I’ve ordered from Curaleaf a few times now, the pricing has felt fair compared to some other places I looked at. I don’t mind paying for quality, but I also don’t want to feel like I’m getting charged more than I should, and so far that hasn’t been the case here.
The deals they offer actually seem useful too, not like those tiny discounts that barely make a difference. Checkout was easy, the value felt right for what I got, and overall I’ve been happy with my experience.

Overall, I just wish every batch came with clearer lab info. It feels like something totally preventable, and having those details easier to find would make me feel a lot more confident about what I’m getting.

I liked this place more than I expected. It was clean, calm, and not packed, which makes such a difference. I don’t know, sometimes a store just has a good feeling to it before you even really start shopping. The vibe was relaxed, easy to move around in, and I didn’t feel rushed or overwhelmed. Nice little visit overall...

"Easy Parking and Super Convenient!!"
Parking was easy when I went!! I found a spot close by, and the entrance was simple to get to, which was really nice. Definitely a good option if you don’t feel like walking far. The only thing is it can get a little tight when it’s busy, but overall it was convenient!

"Promos are tempting, but checkout is a mess"
The promos look great at first, which is why I keep giving it another shot, but most of the time my discount just magically doesn’t apply at checkout. Like, what’s the point of advertising a deal if it disappears right when I’m trying to pay? Super frustrating. I reached out to support too, but they weren’t really much help, so I just ended up feeling like I wasted my time...

I had a question about my order and reached out to customer service. I always say I hate dealing with support, but this was painless. They got back to me quicker than I expected, although in the moment I still felt impatient waiting. The person was nice, explained things clearly, and didn’t make it more complicated than it needed to be. Not much to complain about, even though I was ready to. Overall, a good experience.

My order came exactly as placed and nothing was missing, so that part was fine. I was kind of hoping there would be some kind of compensation or credit offered, but as far as the order itself goes, everything was right.

"Rewards That Actually Add Up"
I didn’t expect the Curaleaf loyalty rewards to be as useful as they are, but they’ve been a nice little surprise. The points add up quickly, and it’s always great getting a few dollars off without really having to think about it. Checking my points on the site is simple, and I haven’t had any issues using them at checkout. Easy, straightforward, and definitely worth it for me.

"Easy Enough to Read Overall"
I was checking the labels while shopping and, for the most part, they were easy to understand. I could quickly find the dosage info and ingredients without having to search too much. There was one item where the text was really tiny, which was a little annoying, but overall it was a fine experience.

I usually check curaleaf before heading in just to see what they have available. Most of the time, the inventory is accurate, and there’s usually a solid selection to choose from (which definitely saves me some time). There have been a couple times where something showed as available online but was gone by the time I got there, which is frustrating. Still, it’s way better than just guessing or having to call around. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Good Spot, Just Wish the Hours Were Better"
curaleaf is fine overall and I’ve never really had a bad experience there, but the hours are kind of tough for me because I work late most days and by the time I’m actually able to swing by, they’re either about to close or already closed, so even though weekends help a little, I still feel like I have to plan my whole visit around their schedule more than I’d like. Not a bad place at all, I just wish they stayed open later on some days or had a little more flexibility.

"Pretty solid overall"
I picked up a few things from Curaleaf they were good overall. The flower seemed fresh enough to me, though I might be being a little picky, and the effects felt consistent each time, which I really appreciated. One item was a bit drier than I expected, but maybe I just had a different batch in mind. It was still totally usable, so I can’t really complain too much. Not bad at all, and I’d probably buy again if the same stuff is still in stock.
